For HTC 10 owners, you can rest assured that you are not forgotten. According to a recent tweet by developer @LlabTooFeR, it seems that the Android 7.0 Nougat update for the HTC 10 is expected to be released by the end of November, or possibly in early December. However note that this is for the unlocked model in Europe.
This means that users who own carrier-locked devices or who live in other parts of the world might not be seeing the update released at the same time. However if the report is true, it does give is a rough timeframe or when the update for other markets could follow, which presumably shouldn’t be too far from the Europe launch.
Of course users who are locked to carriers in the US might face even further delays as carriers will need to test and approve the update first before it is rolled out. Either way we’ll keep a close eye on this, so do check back with us in the next couple of weeks for more updates.
