Alleged Fujifilm X100F Specs Have Been Revealed

With the Fujifilm X100T having been marked as discontinued, this means that we can expect its successor to be announced soon, which some have taken to be the X100F that was recently registered in China. Now thanks to a report from Photo Rumors, it seems that the alleged specs of the camera have been revealed.

According to the post, it has been rumored that the X100F is expected to feature a 24MP X-Trans CMOS III sensor. If you’re wondering why this sounds familiar, it is because it is the same sensor used in the X-Pro2 and X-T2 mirrorless cameras, both of which were announced in 2016.

The report goes on to claim that the X100F is expected to maintain the same 23mm f/2.0 lens found in the X100T, and while we guess that is good news since the 23mm f/2.0 lens is a pretty good lens, we were hoping for some changes in that department. It is also rumored that the shutter/ISO dial and joystick layout from the X-Pro2 will find its way to the X100F.

Battery is also said to be the same, which once again is a bit of a pity since a larger battery would have been preferred. In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but last we heard, the X100F could be announced in February which is also when CP+ is taking place.
