Apple Now Selling Refurbished iPhone 6s & 6s Plus Models

iphone_6s_refurbAre the new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus handsets more expensive that you’d like, but you still want an iPhone anyway? There is some good news, and that good news is that Apple is now selling refurbished units of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, the models from 2016 which means that as far as technology is concerned, they do come across as outdated.

They are also refurbished which means that while they have been checked, cleaned, and have had parts replaced, it isn’t quite the same feeling as owning a brand new handset. However the price of the phone does help to make up for it. The entry-level 16GB iPhone 6s is priced starting at $449, while the Plus model will go for $529.

These make the phones cheaper than if you were to buy them brand new, but like we said if you’re short on cash or if you’re just trying to save yourself a couple of bucks, this might be a good way to go about it. All the refurbished models are also unlocked and SIM-free so they’ll be usable on all carriers in the US.

We should also note that unlike new models, refurbished units are limited in supply so if you take your time, don’t be surprised if you come back a week later and find that model sold out. If you’d like to browse the available units, hit up Apple’s refurbished store for the details.
