Snoring is normal and most of us are probably guilty for doing it from time to time. If you live by yourself or if your partner is someone who can sleep through your snoring, then we guess it’s not a big deal. However if you or someone you know snores quite terribly and it affects your sleep, the Anti-Snore Wearable could be a device worth investing in.
Devices and gadgets aimed at preventing snoring aren’t new and have been around for a while now, but if you wanted a slightly more modern and hi-tech approach, this could be it. It literally does what its name says, and all users have to do is strap the device on their arm before they go to bed.
It also comes with an accompanying iOS and Android app that can pick up on snoring, and when the app detects that you’re snoring, it will send a signal to the wearable which in turn will vibrate gently on your arm. The idea is that the vibrations will encourage the user to turn onto their side in which snoring is supposed to be lessened/stopped.
We haven’t tried it out for ourselves so we can’t really speak to its effectiveness, but if everything you’ve tried so far doesn’t work, maybe you could give this a shot. The Anti-Snore Wearable is currently on Kickstarter where it is attempting to raise funds to make it a reality, so head on over to if you’d like to pledge your support.
