That being said, if you have been eyeing the 128GB Pixel XL smartphone from Google, you will be disappointed to learn that the particular model has been sold out. Verizon has announced that if you are hoping to get your hands on the handset in-store this coming Thursday, you will be sorely disappointed as initial inventory has been sold out.
Note that this only seems to apply to the Pixel XL, so it looks like the rest of the Pixel models and configurations are still in stock, so unless you absolutely have to have the 128GB model, there will be other options to choose from. If you’re also hoping to get around Verizon’s shortage via Google, it was also recently reported that the Pixel phones bought directly from Google are also sold out.
At the moment Verizon is the only carrier that you will be able to buy the Pixel phones from, but it has been suggested that they could eventually find their to other carriers such as AT&T in the future.
