Samsung confirmed the battery cell issues of the Galaxy Note 7 last month and stopped selling the new flagship immediately. For the past few weeks, it has been replacing all existing units and will now gradually start resuming sales of the flagship across the globe. The company’s carrier and retail partners will follow its lead. T-Mobile has now confirmed that it’s going to start selling the Galaxy Note 7 in the United States from October 5th.

It was previously reported that sales of the handset will be resumed in the United States by October 21st but things are moving along much faster than originally expected. Other carriers have already started selling units to new customers.

T-Mobile has officially confirmed that customers will be able to purchase a Galaxy Note 7 from it starting tomorrow. They can head over to their local T-Mobile store and walk out with Samsung’s latest and greatest handset. It may take a while for the carrier to resume online sales of this device.

Customers who already have a Galaxy Note 7 and haven’t replaced it yet can still return without having to pay a restocking fee to the carrier, those who choose a refund will also receive a refund for any Galaxy Note 7 accessories they purchased from Magenta.

Those who choose to get a replacement unit will receive $25 in bill credit while both customers will be allowed to keep the pre-order bonuses which included a year’s worth of free Netflix, a Gear Fit 2 or a 256GB microSD card.
