So we know that the iPhone 7 is fast. This has been proven in benchmarks and in videos where it is put up against other phones. Obviously this has to be the case otherwise Apple is most definitely doing something wrong, right? That being said, the folks at EverythingApplePro have put together a video in which they test the iPhone 7’s speed against every iPhone ever built.

Yup, this means that the iPhone 7 will go head to head iPhones like the iPhone 3G, the iPhone 3GS, and the iPhone 4 (which some still argue is one of the best designs for Apple’s iPhones) just to name a few. Now the results are going to be obvious because like we said, if the newer iPhones prove to be slower than its predecessors, Apple must have dropped the ball somewhere, although thankfully that doesn’t appear to be the case.

If anything we guess it is a good example of how far along our phones have come in terms of technology, such as its display, speed, design, and more. Apple has made some pretty huge leaps with the iPhone 7 & 7 Plus. For example the A10 Fusion chipset is a quad-core chipset, whereas in the past few generations Apple has gone with a dual-core setup.

This has been criticized by fans and competitors who have been using quad-core setups for a while, not to mention some have even gone with octa-core setups in some cases. The iPhone 7 Plus is also given a bump in RAM to 3GB. Granted this is still below the 4GB which seems to be standard for Android devices these days, but it is still an improvement for users of Apple products.
