Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 recall was one of the biggest tech stories last month. The company decided to recall each and every unit it shipped following the release of its new flagship in August. There was a battery defect which was causing the Galaxy Note 7 to explode while being charged. Samsung has taken care of the problem now but people are not going to forget about it, and so won’t Grand Theft Auto 5 players, who can now get their hands on an exploding Galaxy Note 7 in the game.
An exploding Galaxy Note 7 mod has been created for GTA 5. The video posted on YouTube shows that the handset can actually be used as a sticky bomb in the game. Players who install this mod will be able to equip themselves with an exploding Galaxy Note 7 in GTA 5.
It works as a sticky bomb and can easily be used to inflict all kinds of carnage in the game. You might laugh at this but I’m sure Samsung won’t find this funny at all when you consider the fact that the Galaxy Note 7 recall might end up costing it as much as $1 billion.
