Customers will have the option of choosing to buy the phone directly from Google where it will be unlocked, or Best Buy, or if you’re looking for a carrier partner, it looks like Verizon is your only option for now. However we have heard rumors that AT&T could be added to the mix later on, but there is no confirmation on that yet.
As for pricing, the cheapest option available right now is the Pixel with 32GB of storage which is priced at $700. The Pixel XL with 32GB of storage will be priced slightly higher at $800, however it should be noted that the Pixel XL with 128GB of storage seems to be a very popular option amongst consumers because Verizon has recently announced that the 128GB model is sold out and won’t be available in-store either.
There is a bit of waiting time for both phones ranging from 3-4 weeks, so if you did not pre-order then there’s a good chance you could end up waiting. However like we said, there are various channels that you can purchase the phone through so if one doesn’t have stock, you can always try the others.
