When Apple unveiled the Apple Watch Series 2, the company also unveiled an interesting collaboration with Nike that culminated in the Apple Watch Nike+. This is essentially at its core the same Apple Watch Series 2 device, except that it will feature a more sporty look and will come with certain exclusive features.
However when the Apple Watch Series 2 was released, the Nike+ was still missing from that list, and now we know as Apple has quietly announced that the Apple Watch Nike+ will be available for purchase starting from the 28th of October. The price of the watch will start at $369 for the 38mm model, and $399 for the 42mm model.
Just in case you missed the announcement from Apple’s event, the Nike+ will be similar to the Apple Watch Series 2 in terms of features. However like we said, there are certain exclusives such as watch faces, software, a Nike+ Run Club complication, and a special sports band that will set it apart from the other Apple Watches.
Whether or not these features are enough to make the Nike+ more appealing remains to be seen, but if you are interested you can keep an eye out for its availability via Apple’s website.
