The highly anticipated Mafia 3 game is going to be launched next month. The latest addition to this franchise comes after many, many years so fans of the franchise are no doubt very excited to see what Mafia 3 has in store for them. Like all games these days, Mafia 3 will receive additional content via DLCs after the game is launched. The developers of this game have now detailed Mafia 3’s DLC expansions.
A month after the game is launched players will receive new character outfits and a weapons pack aside from vehicle customization options which include personalized license plates and additional paint jobs. A racing series which is separate from the game’s overall story will be added as well.
The first paid DLC expansion for Mafia 3 will be called “Faster, Baby,” it revolves around a corrupt sheriff who is causing problems for civil rights activists. The second expansion is called “Sign of the Times,” and it deals with a series of ritual killings that the player has to bust.
“Stones Unturned,” the third DLC, explores the protagonist Lincoln’s background as a soldier and pairs him with a CIA operative to settle some issues in the dense jungles of Vietnam.
All three paid DLCs are included in the Mafia 3 season pass which costs $29.99 and is included in the $79.99 deluxe edition of Mafia 3. Each paid DLC can also be purchased individually but the cost will then total to $40.
Mafia 3 is going to be launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 7th.
