LG didn’t quite get the consumer response that it was hoping for with the LG G5 and now the company’s fortunes rest on its upcoming handset, the LG V20. Much has already been said and written about this handset. We have also seen a couple of leaked pictures, the latest gives us a glimpse of the handset’s very slim bezels.
The latest leaked picture of the LG V20 shows us a device that’s quite similar to the one we’ve already seen in previously leaked images. The bezels are ultra-slim just like we’ve heard in the rumors.
LG V20 is expected to carry over some of the features that were introduced with its predecessor, features like the second ticker display which is the company is said to have retained in the V20.
It has already been confirmed that the V20 is going to be the first smartphone which runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The handset is also said to offer exceptional audio quality, something that LG has also teased multiple times.
A recent report suggests that despite rumors, the V20 isn’t going to be modular like the LG G5, however, it’s said to have a user-accessible compartment where the removable battery will be housed along with the microSD and SIM card slots.
LG is going to unveil the V20 at an invite-only event in San Francisco come September 6th.
