$10 Dongle Lets You Charge Your iPhone And Listen To Music

We suppose you could consider the lack of a headphone jack on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus one of the limitations of the new iPhone. Because the Lightning port is used for charging, it also means that users have to choose between either charging their iPhone, or listen to music (assuming they don’t have Bluetooth headphones).

This is one of the main complaints and criticisms that users have of the new iPhone, but there is now a Kickstarter campaign for a dongle called the iLDOCK that will let users charge their iPhone and listen to music at the same time via the 3.5mm jack. Basically the iLDOCK plugs into your Lightning port, so in a way it’s kind of like those wall socket extenders for power, but for your iPhone.

The best part is that its creators are pricing it at $10, meaning that this is a relatively cheap accessory to buy. They are also imagining the iLDOCK Plus which is basically the same thing, except that it has extra ports for USB, TF, and SD cards.
