At the same time, developers such as Blizzard are focusing on creating a story for Overwatch, which we’re guessing is to make gamers more invested in the game and its characters. As you might have heard, Respawn Entertainment will be doing the same with Titanfall 2 by giving it a single-player mode, something that gamers felt was missing from the original.
That being said, how extensive will its single-player campaign be? Speaking to Stevivor, the game’s executive producer Drew McCoy revealed that gamers should be able to expect Titanfall 2’s single-player campaign to last for about 8 hours. “There’s a lot of downtime. There’s no dialogue or explosions for minutes at a time.”
Titanfall 2’s director Steve Fukuda adds, “It’ll be plus or minus [eight hours], depending on how good you are or the level of difficulty you’re playing on. It’s a very solid campaign, though.” The game has been set for a release on the 28th of October, 2016.
