As the country gets into the NFL’s pre-season groove, Microsoft thinks it’s the right time to cash in on the sport’s popularity and promote its tablet at the same time. It has today introduced special edition NFL Type Covers for the Surface Pro 4, it’s an extension of the company’s relationship with the NFL where we regularly see the Surface tablet being used on the sidelines, in coaches’ booths and as playbooks by many teams.
Microsoft has come out with the new special edition NFL Type Covers for the Surface Pro 4 just in time for the 2016-2017 season. These covers have been officially licensed by the National Football League and enable Surface Pro owners to celebrate their favorite team in their style.
These are essentially the same Type Covers that have been available since this tablet hit the market as they have only just received a fresh coat of paint. This will certainly appeal to those who proudly follow their teams and are not afraid to advertise that fact.
The special edition NFL Type Covers are available for 32 teams that are part of the NFL. They are going to be available starting today in the United States and Canada for $159.99 from Microsoft’s retail stores and its online store. The covers will go on sale at Amazon and Best Buy come August 29th.
