Alleged iPhone 7 Plus Spotted On Geekbench

When it comes to Apple’s products, the company has never really been some to tout numbers, such as processor clock speed, RAM, display resolution, and so on, usually leaving those to its users to discover for themselves. Now if you are curious about the upcoming iPhones, it seems that the potential specs have been revealed.

According to alleged specs spotted on Geekbench that was picked up by Dutch website Techtastic.nl (via MacRumors), some numbers of the iPhone 7 Plus have been revealed. One of those numbers includes the clock speed of the processor, and while it was not mentioned, chances are we are looking at the A10 chipset, which is apparently clocked at 2.37GHz with dual-cores, just like what we had heard previously.

The Geekbench listing also revealed that the phone will come with 3GB of RAM, which seems to be in line with an earlier rumor. Now we should point out that benchmarks can be fake, or even if they’re not fake they might not necessarily be accurate either as sometimes OEMs test multiple prototypes out, so what you see might not be what you get.

It does not mention what screen resolution we will be getting, but last we heard, the Plus model is said to sport a 1440p resolution.
