The AnTuTu benchmarks don’t tell us anything new that we didn’t already know. This means that we can look forward to the phone packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood, 4GB of RAM, a 13MP rear-facing camera, an 8MP front-facing camera, 32GB of storage, and what appears to be a Full HD display.
The display size was not mentioned but last we heard, it was supposed to be of the 5-inch variety. Like we said, the rumors are claiming that the Sailfish will be a smaller version of the Marlin Nexus handset. From what we can tell, the Marlin will feature more or less the same specs, save for its 5.5-inch QHD display.
It was initially rumored that the Marlin could pack a newer Snapdragon 823, although previously mentioned specs still pegged it with a Snapdragon 820. In any case take it with a grain of salt as benchmarks aren’t necessarily 100% accurate, but with an October 4th launch, we still have a bit of waiting to do.
