Google today announced that it’s making one of its most lucrative products more fun. Search is Google’s bread and butter, and it would not be wrong to say that search has made Google into the behemoth that it is today. The company has announced that it has added a couple of cool games to search. You can now play solitaire and tic-tac-toe in it.
Both of them are undoubtedly two of the most oldest and popular games for all ages and they can now be played in search via the web browser and through the Google app on mobile.
Firing up the games is simple. If you’re interested in playing solitaire just search for “solitaire” in Google and the game will come up on its own. Similarly, searching for “tic-tac-toe” brings up the infamous game of naughts and crosses. Players can select their difficulty level and even play tic-tac-toe against a friend.
It also pointed towards a couple of other fun experiences that have been built into search. You can ask it to tell you “what sound does a pig make” or if you’re trying to settle a bet or decide between two options, ask Google Search to “flip a coin” and it will comply.
