The company has recently announced its latest mouse in the form of the Razer Abyssus V2. As the name implies, this is essentially the successor to the original Abyssus that was launched way back in 2009, but we guess Razer has not forgotten about it despite having a rather extensive portfolio of gaming mice.
According to Razer, they are claiming that the Abyssus V2 will sport an “all-true” 5,000 dpi sensor, which is pretty damn fast and might appeal to gamers who need that speed, or maybe even industry professionals who edit graphics and photos and need to make a lot of clicks. Razer has even designed the Abyssus V2 to be compatible with gamers regardless of whether they are left or right-handed.
The mouse will come with 4 programmable buttons which is less than other competing brands or models, but if you don’t plan on hotkeying everything to your mouse, this should be good enough. Gamers who are interested in getting their hands on the mouse can head on over to Razer’s website where it is priced at $50.
