Yesterday a leaked photo gave us our first look at what the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 would look like in real life. Prior to this, we just had renderings to go on, although thankfully it looks like both the renderings and actual leaks look similar, meaning that in terms of rumors, everything seems to be lining up just nicely.
For those who are looking forward to additional images of the upcoming phone, you might be pleased to learn that new live photos of the upcoming handset have leaked, and based on these leaks it certainly looks like the rumors that the phone will come in an only-curved display variant are starting to hold their ground.
These photos aren’t necessarily the sharpest we’ve seen, but they certainly look like what we have been seeing so far. Both sides of the phone’s display are curved, and there is also a physical home button where presumably the fingerprint sensor will be stored. The photos do not reveal the alleged redesigned S Pen, so we guess we’ll have to wait and see if those rumors come true.
Other than that, the Galaxy Note 7’s design isn’t too big of a departure from Samsung’s design philosophy, which isn’t a bad thing if you like what you’ve been seeing from the Korean company. The Galaxy Note 7 is rumored to be announced on the 2nd of August, so we’re really just waiting for Samsung to issue the official invites for it to be confirmed.
