The availability and pricing of the phone was expected to be revealed this summer, and sure enough Verizon is gearing up to do just that. The carrier has recently announced that they will be hosting an event on the 14th of July which as you can clearly see in the image above will be about the Moto Z Force Droid Edition, along with the Moto Mods.
We’re not sure if the event will announce the handset’s availability on the day itself, or if the phone’s release date will come later after the announcement, but either way we guess we’ll have to tune in to find out. In the meantime for those who missed Motorola’s announcement last month, here’s a quick rundown on its specs.
The Moto Z Force packs a 5.5-inch QHD display with a Snapdragon 820 chipset running under its hood. There will be 4GB of RAM accompanying it, 32/64GB storage options that can be expanded, a 3,500mAh battery, a 21MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and will come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
