Much has already been rumored and leaked about the Huawei Honor 8 smartphone. The company has been tight-lipped about this handset and we can’t expect it to say much before the actual announcement. Some renders of the Huawei Honor 8 have now been leaked online providing us a glimpse at the Chinese manufacturer’s next handset. The design in the latest leaked renders is similar to what we have seen in previously leaked renders.
The new leaked renders of the Huawei Honor 8 show off the device’s front and back, we can see that the device is white in color and features what appears to be a complicated camera setup on the back along with a fingerprint sensor.
Huawei fans might immediately notice that the front of this device is quite similar to the Huawei Honor V8 so it looks like Huawei is going with similar design elements for these Honor smartphones.
Huawei is expected to unveil the Honor 8 later this month. This smartphone is believed to be powered a Kirin 950 processor with 3 to 4GB RAM, up to 128GB of onboard storage, and a 2,900mAh battery. It’s also said to have a 5.2 inch Full HD display as well as a 12 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front camera.
It’s too soon to say at this point in time how much this device is going to cost and in which markets it will be made available initially.
