Bungie has released several new pictures to teasing the upcoming Destiny: Rise of Iron DLC. It came out with several images of the new Hunter gear last week and now it has released images of the new Warlock gear, which Bungie says is going to be “fit for an Iron Lord.” The developer is conducting a live stream later today in which it’s going to provide more information about the upcoming DLC for one of the most popular games it has ever created.
Bungie confirmed the Rise of Iron DLC for Destiny last month. It will be sort of a continuation of The Taken King expansion which was released last year. Players are required to own that expansion if they want to play Rise of Iron.
Destiny: Rise of Iron DLC brings a new Plaguelands zone to the game and also adds new story missions, a new endgame raid as well as a new three-player Strike mission. A new enemy faction has been added as well.
Bungie has confirmed that Destiny: Rise of Iron DLC is going to cost $29.99 and that it’s only going to be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, it won’t support previous-generation consoles. The Rise of Iron DLC for Destiny is going to be released later this year on September 20th.
