EA is running a “Road to Battlefield 1” campaign through which it’s providing discounts and free stuff for Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline building up to the launch of Battlefield 1 later this year. We’ve already seen both titles get significantly discounted over the past few weeks and now EA is giving away free DLC. The Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC is now available for free.
The Naval Strike DLC usually sells for $15 and EA is giving it away for free now, so it’s a great opportunity for those who own the game to get this expansion at no extra charge. It enables them to get more gameplay without having to spend more money.
This DLC for Battlefield 4 was originally released in 2014. It brings four new multiplayer maps, two gadgets, five new weapons as well as a new hovercraft that can be used on both land and water. The DLC also adds the Carrier Assault mode.
Naval Strike DLC for Battlefield 4 is now available as a free download on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. It can be downloaded from the online store on these platforms.
This offer is available for a limited time so Battlefield 4 players have one week to get this DLC for free. Battlefield 1, this next title in this popular franchise, is going to be released in October for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. A public beta will go live over the summer.
