Square Enix has confirmed that its upcoming RPG World of Final Fantasy will be making its way to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita later this year. The worldwide release will be almost simultaneous, and that’s a good thing, fans in one part of the world generally don’t like waiting when the game has already been released elsewhere. The game is targeted towards old school Final Fantasy fans as well as the younger audience that’s completely unfamiliar with this franchise.
Players will lead a pair of twins, Reynn and Lann, in World of Final Fantasy. They will go through the mysterious land of Grymoire to search for their lost memories. They will come across many familiar faces from the Final Fantasy franchise along the way.
A new trailer of this game has been released online today. It gives us a look at the world of this game as well as some of the iconic Final Fantasy monsters and heroes that will make an appearance. Be warned, though, they will look a lot cuter than you may remember.
World of Final Fantasy is going to be released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on October 25th, 2016 in North America and on October 28th, 2016 in Europe. Those who are new to this franchise will find this game to be a perfect introduction to Final Fantasy and all of its characters. Lots more will be shared about this game in the near future.
