It has been confirmed that Watch Dogs 2 will be officially shown off at E3 2016, and a recent teaser has also confirmed that the game’s world premiere will be taking place tomorrow, where presumably we will be treated to a trailer and maybe some details about its release date, features, and so on.
However it looks like we won’t have to wait until tomorrow because thanks to marketing materials that were leaked ahead of schedule on IGN’s website, it has revealed that Watch Dogs 2 will be officially released on the 15th of November. This is a Tuesday which seems to be in line with Ubisoft’s favored release and based on the image, it shows the character standing in front of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.
This seems to line up with previous rumors regarding the game’s setting, and also the fact that we would be getting a new protagonist, which is good news for those who are looking to shake things up a bit. Like we said, the official reveal will be tomorrow but it looks like we kind of know some of the details, but hopefully Ubisoft will have more information to share with us during the official reveal.
In any case do check back with tomorrow if you’d like to find out all the official information about the game.
