Many of you might be anxiously waiting to see what the next OnePlus flagship killer smartphone looks like. The company has already revealed bits and pieces about its new device but we’ve already seen leaked images and read about its specifications. If a new rumor out of China is correct, it might be harder for you to decide which OnePlus 3 to purchase, because it appears that as many as four different variants might be offered to customers.
The rumor out of China claims that two OnePlus 3 variants will have 4GB RAM while the other two will have 6GB RAM. The models with 4GB RAM as well as 32GB and 64GB of onboard storage are rumored to be priced at $349 and $379 respectively. OnePlus 3 variants with 6GB RAM and 32GB and 64GB storage are said to cost $409 and $425 respectively.
From the looks of it, these variants are only different based on the amount of RAM and storage they have. Other specifications, which include the Snapdragon 820 processor, 16 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front camera, 3,000mAh battery, 5.5 inch Full HD display, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, remain the same across all variants.
None of this has been officially confirmed yet so keep your fingers crossed for now. The only things OnePlus has confirmed so far is that this handset will be unveiled on June 15th and that the launch will take place in virtual reality.
