It looks like folks living over in the US can brace themselves to be on the receiving end of yet another Android-powered smartphone, except that this particular model will be an extra large one. As for the identity of this device, it will be known as the ZTE Zmax Pro, where the suffix “Pro” should be more than enough to give the game away, don’t you think so? T-Mobile looks set to be the mobile carrier of choice to bring the ZTE Zmax Pro to the masses, which is no surprise at all since T-Mobile did carry the original ZTE Zmax that rolled out a couple of years ago.
As for the hardware specifications, do expect the ZTE Zmax Pro to run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow platform right out of the box, where your eyes will be able to enjoy a 6” display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. This will no doubt be a mid-range device, since there will be features such as an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor that has been clocked at 1.5 GHz, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage, and of course, a fingerprint reader for added security.
There will also be a regular 13MP shooter behind, with a front-facing 5MP camera for selfie lovers. As at press time, both pricing and availability details remain unknown, so look out for an announcement from T-Mobile pretty soon.
