If you can’t make it to E3 this year, there’s really nothing to fret over as there will be plenty of sources in which you can read or hear about the latest announcements. We suppose the only downside is that you won’t get to mingle with the crowd or take part in any demos of games that will be shown off during the event.
However if demos and crowds aren’t really your thing, you might be interested to learn that YouTube Live will be returning to E3 this year. For those unfamiliar, last year YouTube put up a live broadcast of E3 2015 which allowed users to tune into events and announcements from the comfort of their own home.
This year will presumably bring the back same features. The coverage will go on for pretty much the whole of E3 this year and can be found in the Gaming section of YouTube, so you might want to bookmark that page if you’re looking to stay up to date on the latest announcements. Live coverage is expected to begin on the 12th of June with live coverage of EA and Bethesda, followed by post-conference coverage from Rooster Teeth.
There will also be a 12 hour stream that will be hosted by Geoff Keighly on Monday, the 13th of June, so expect some announcements and surprise guests as well.
