When it comes to Yahoo, the Internet company might be seen by a fair number of people to be a giant that has been on the decline for the longest time already. However, they still have their fair number of users, and this figure is not small for sure. Yahoo Mail has also seen its fair share of updates over the years, even allowing you to manage Gmail from it as of late last year. In the latest Yahoo Mail for Android update, it looks like users can now create a list of everyone they have ever communicated with via the app.
This particular list will be known as the “People Smart View”, where the sidebar will be able to offer you with additional options in which one will be able to use with said list. This means you can now synchronize your personal contacts with your Yahoo contacts. Of course, this is not something that is groundbreaking, but at least it is a step forward in bringing the whole ecosystem together. Should you prefer to keep everything separate, then feel free to disable this particular feature in the Sync section of the settings app.
Not only that, you will be sent a congratulatory message when you clear up your inbox, now how about that for some digital encouragement?
