The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt players have long been waiting for the second expansion and while an official release date is yet to be confirmed, it appears that The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine release date has been leaked online. The release date Blood and Wine, the second expansion for The Witcher 3, has been leaked through a Steam listing that appears to have gone live ahead of schedule. The listing was immediately pulled.
The listing for this Witcher 3 expansion was spotted by many people online, so even though the page has been taken offline, there are many screenshots to show that it mentioned May 30th as the release date for this expansion.
Last month community manager Marcin Momot said that “lots and lots” of new information about the second expansion for The Witcher 3 will be revealed in May. So far fans have been waiting to hear more about it, and from the looks of it, they might get more details in a couple of weeks.
Blood and Wine expansion is said to bring a fascinating story which has all twists and turns that players would expect from Witcher 3 writers, the expansion is set in the new region of Toussaint, which is described as unlike anything players have seen in Wild Hunt.
This expansion was originally supposed to be released in Q1 this year but it was later delayed to the first half of 2016. No official release date has been confirmed yet.
