It looks like China has a spanking new handset in which they are able to look forward to in the form of the Huawei Honor V8, as said handset has been officially introduced. Of course, having already picked up TENAA certification earlier on, here are some of the hardware specifications of the device that might just tempt you to make the switch when the device becomes available in your market.
First of all, the Huawei Honor V8 will boast of a 5.7” display that will certainly be a boon to your eyes thanks to a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution. There is also a Kirin 950 SoC located underneath the hood, alongside an octa-core CPU, accompanied by 4GB of RAM with 32GB or 64GB of internal memory. Just in case all of those are not enough for you, you can always throw in a 128GB microSD memory card to the mix.
Taking the cue from other manufacturers, the Huawei Honor V8 will sport a dual camera configuration behind, boasting of a pair of 12MP cameras, where one of them has been specially designed to obtain 360 degree images. In front lies an 8MP shooter which would be useful to capture selfies, and a fingerprint scanner is also thrown into the mix, while the 3,500mAh battery supports quick charging.
Expect the 32GB model to go for roughly $384, while doubling the amount of storage space would see it priced at approximately $430 after conversion.
