As you might have heard, EA is expected to announce the next Battlefield title come 6th of May which is this coming Friday. No doubt gamers are excited to see what is next for the franchise, but given that the announcement and the release will probably be a bit far apart, this means that gamers will have to make-do with the current Battlefield games until then.The good news is that if you have for whatever reason decided not to pay for any of the DLCs that have been released so far, you will be pleased to learn that they are now being given away for free. This is part of the celebration EA and DICE are having leading up to the announcement of the next Battlefield title, with the DLC giveaway covering both Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline.
According to the announcement, “A new Battlefield is coming later this year, and we’re celebrating by keeping the action going in Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline. Over the next few months we’ll be giving away previously released expansion packs for both games to anyone playing on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Origin for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. There are also new Community Missions and a whole lot more to get excited about.”
The first giveaway actually kicks off today and it will include Dragon’s Teeth for Battlefield 4 and Robbery for Battlefield Hardline. This giveaway will run from the 3rd of May until the 10th of May, so you will want to take advantage of that before the offer is gone.
