It seems that Xiaomi is on a roll at the moment, with a couple more handsets being in the pipeline, ready and waiting in the wings to be deployed to the masses. After all, a couple of these new devices have been seen over at TENAA, where both of them will come with the Mi logo on the back, not to mention sport the existing design language by the company.
So far, these units have been numbered 2016030 and 2015115, although there are no formal names attached to them. They do happen to resemble a wee bit like the Xiaomi Redmi 3 and the Redmi Note 3, respectively, hence it would not be too far off the mark to mention that these will in all probability, succeed the mentioned handsets by the time they arrive.
Some of the hardware specifications include a 5” LCD display at 720p resolution, an octa-core SoC that has been clocked at 1.4GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a metal body in silver or silver and gold shades, tipping the scales at 143 grams, sporting a 13MP shooter at the back and an 8MP front-facing camera, all running off the back of a 2,850 mAh battery. Expect Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow to arrive with it right out of the box.
