We’ve been hearing a lot about the upcoming Call of Duty game recently. It was first spotted on the PlayStation Store before some artwork was leaked which revealed that a Modern Warfare remaster was in the pipeline as well. The official trailer for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has already been released and Activision has also confirmed the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare zombies mode today.
It’s rather interesting to see that this new title comes with the zombies mode considering the fact that developer Infinity Ward has never included this mode in one of its Call of Duty games before.
No details were provided on the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare zombies mode by Activision or Infinity Warfare aside from confirming that the mode exists. It was said that the mode will be an “original cooperative Zombies mode that takes players on a wild ride through a new storyline with unique gameplay features and mechanics.”
The zombies mode was introduced to this famous franchise by developer Treyarch back in 2008 with Call of Duty: World at War. This mode has been featured in all of Treyarch’s Black Ops CoD titles ever since and even Sledgehammer featured the Exo Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
It has been confirmed today that Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released on November 4th, 2016. More details about the title will be provided at the E3 gaming convention this June.
