A couple of days ago EA took the wraps off Battlefield 1, the publisher’s latest title in the Battlefield franchise. We know the name is a bit confusing and potentially misleading, but this will be the next installment in Battlefield and will be set in World War 1. Now for those who love collecting artwork, music, and figurines, you might be interested in the game’s Collector’s Edition.
As you can see in the photo above, one of the more notable features of the Collector’s Edition is the fact that it comes with a Collector’s Edition Statue that stands at 14-inches tall. It will come with a steel book, a cloth poster, a deck of playing cards, a messenger pigeon tube with exclusive DLC content, an exclusive patch, and of course it will come with a copy of the Deluxe Edition of the game.
That being said given its contents it won’t come cheap. The Collector’s Edition will set gamers back a whopping $220 which is a lot, so you’ll have to think carefully as to whether or not all of the goodies bundled will be worth your money. However the Deluxe Edition will allow you to play the game earlier than everyone else (3 days earlier, to be exact).
Battlefield 1 is set for a release on the 21st of October, 2016, but like we said if you were to purchase the Deluxe Edition or the Collector’s Edition, you will be able to start playing the game come 18th of October.
