It’s common to hear about movies and games being delayed beyond their release dates but sometimes it happens the other way around, things arrive before their originally announced release date, and that’s precisely what’s happening with the Wonder Woman movie. According to a report, Warner Bros. has decided to release the Wonder Woman movie a bit early. three weeks earlier than originally intended to be precise.
If you have already seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice then I’m sure you will agree that Gal Gadot’s portrayal of this Amazonian warrior was one of the redeeming qualities of this big budget film.
Naturally, fans want more, and a standalone Wonder Woman movie has already been in development for some time now. Fans will appreciate that the movie will arrive three weeks before the release date that was originally announced.
Warner Bros. is going to release one movie early but it’s pushing back another. It’s delaying Jungle Book: Origins by more than a year to October 19th, 2018. The film will have ample time in post-production so the team can focus more on the heavy visual effects work.
The Wonder Woman movie is now slated to be released on June 2nd, 2017. We still have over a year to go before we see Gadot in action as Wonder Woman.
