Hillary Clinton Robot Is Lifelike (Update)

Team Clinton Botches Awkward Anniversary Video

Update:Upon doing some further research, this is not a robot at all, but it is the real deal. The video is actually an anniversary video from Team Clinton, or at least, one of the takes.

It was not too long ago that we brought you word on a man from Hong Kong who actually coughed up around $50,000 of his own money in order to construct a robot from scratch – and this particular robot looks so lifelike, so much so it is as though a certain Hollywood star was sitting right in front of you. Well, while that is a sweet young thing, here we are with a robot that resembles someone who is far more mature in age, and has walked in the corridors of power for a long, long time.

This Hillary Clinton robot right now comprises of just a head and torso (pretty hard to imagine such a sight, unless one takes comfort in David the android of Prometheus fame). So far, this robot looks as though it has done a pretty fantastic job of capturing all of Hillary Clinton’s speaking style, including the classic blank, wide-eyed stare, or how about the frozen smile? The tone of voice is pretty realistic, too.

We do wonder how much this particular robot would cost to construct. Still, kudos for a job well done.
