Google has announced that they have made some changes to Google Keep to make it more useful than it was before. Now it seems that users will be able to add notes to the links that they have saved. For example you could have saved a website because there was a wedding idea on it that you wanted to remember.
Or maybe you saved a website because there’s an offer going on right now that you don’t want to miss out on, so by adding notes, you will give your saved links some context. This will apply to both the desktop version of Chrome and the Android version of Chrome, so what you save and note down on the Keep extension, it will sync to all your devices with Chrome that you have signed into.
In addition to notes, the Keep extension now supports hashtags in a more useful way. Just like how hashtags are used on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to seek out posts that share the hashtag, you can use those hashtags in Keep to help organize your notes, so labels with #Wedding or #Birthday can be used to allow you to find our notes better. If you haven’t installed it yet, you can head on over to the Chrome Web Store for the download.
