Gears of War 4 will be released come 11th of October. The game is priced at $60 but in case you wanted early access, a recent listing on the Xbox Store revealed that there is an Ultimate Edition priced at $100 that will grant players access to the game 4 days before everyone else. However in case that wasn’t enough, there is now a Collector’s Edition that might be worth checking out.
The Collector’s Edition of Gears of War 4 is now available for pre-order on Amazon but it won’t come cheap. It is priced at $250, making it a little more than 4 times more expensive than the standard edition, but then again it does come with extra content that fans of the franchise (or collectors in general) might be able to appreciate.
Some of the obvious differences would be the fact that it comes with the character JD Fenix on a COG Bike as a statue. It measures 19-inches long and 11-inches tall, so obviously this is pretty much the main reason why it is so expensive. It also comes with an exclusive lithograph, and players will also get 3 Gears crate in-game.
There will also be a Frag Grenade keychain that measures 6-inches in length. The good news is that it will be bundled with Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, which means that in addition to the collectibles and extra in-game content, gamers who purchase this will also be able to get all the goodies associated with the Ultimate Edition and 4 days early access. If you’d like to pre-order the Collector’s Edition, then hit up Amazon’s website for the details.
