It was first reported last year that remastered versions of all three BioShock games will be released for consoles and the PC. Many developments have taken place since then to provide pretty strong hints that a collection of old BioShock games will be arriving soon. BioShock: The Collection has been spotted at multiple rating agencies and it has now been spotted on the most important one of all, ESRB, which is the rating board for North America.
BioShock: The Collection has already been rated in Taiwan and Brazil and while an official announcement is yet to be made, the title has also been rated by the Entertainment Software Rating Board.
The rating revealed that this bundle of games is going to include all the first three BioShock titles namely: BioShock, BioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite. Since there’s no official announcement, the information has been pulled from the rating board so it’s not publicly accessible right now but the fact that the ESRB has given a rating goes to show that the official launch might not be that far off.
BioShock: The Collection is expected to be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC over the next couple of months. ESRB has assigned a mature rating to the collection.
