Airbnb Wants To Match You With Your Ideal Host

When searching for a place to stay on Airbnb, there are so many factors to take into consideration. Location is one of them, price is also an important factor to consider, facilities, and etc. However it seems that Airbnb is working on a feature that will potentially help you match with your ideal host.

According to Airbnb, they are working on a feature that will be able to match users with their ideal host based on their preference. “A great trip begins with matching the right guest with the right host. Plan your next adventure with an innovative matching system that understands your preferences and matches you to homes, neighborhoods, and local experiences.”

This is part of a host of changes and new features that the company will be bringing to its mobile app. In addition to matching users with hosts, Airbnb will finally be bringing the neighborhood feature onto mobile, a feature that was previously only available on the web. This lets users choose and browse areas that they are interested in and also get to see its surrounding neighborhood.

After all what good is a cheap location if it is in a bad part of town, or somewhere that you might not have any interest in, right? Unfortunately these changes to the mobile app don’t have a specific release date yet, but Airbnb states that it should be “coming soon”.
