Phone upgrade programs are a great way to ensure that your customers keep coming back for new phones every year and with the launch of its annual phone upgrade program today Verizon wants to make sure that its customers upgrade to a brand new smartphone every year. Big Red has just announced that those who purchase the Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge from it will be eligible for its annual phone upgrade program. Customers who pre-ordered the new Samsung flagships from Verizon have automatically been enrolled in this program if they’re on the device payment option.
The Verizon Annual Upgrade Program enables customers to upgrade to a new smartphone every year by turning in their previous device. Customers can upgrade 30 days after activating a new phone and when more than 50 percent of the device price has been paid off. Those who don’t want to upgrade can continue to pay off their phones in monthly installments.
Verizon is enticing customers on other carriers to switch by offering them $100 in bill credits if they switch and activate a new Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge. The offer is also on the table for new customers who activate one of Samsung’s new flagships on Big Red. Current Verizon customers can get up to $300 if they trade-in their old device and add a line or upgrade to the new Samsung flagships.
As you should with all deals and promotions, go through the fine print to get all of the facts and then decide whether or not you want to take advantage of the new offer.
