T-Mobile has announced today that customers who purchase the Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge can get another unit of these new flagships from Samsung for free. This is the very same promotion that was leaked a couple of days ago, Magenta just confirmed it officially, the promotion starts off tomorrow for a limited time. T-Mobile is yet to confirm when the promotion is going to end.
Customers can purchase the Galaxy S7 for $0 down and Galaxy S7 Edge for $59.99 down at T-Mobile and get a second one for free after rebate card. They will need to purchase both handsets on the equipment installment plan and add a new line, T-Mobile will then give the full retail price of the second device back as a prepaid debit card through an online rebate.
This promotion is open to all new and existing customers of T-Mobile and the carrier hasn’t forgotten about customers who have already pre-ordered their units. Customers who pre-ordered the handset or are placing pre-orders now will be able to get a second Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge free as well.
Magenta also has another promotion running until March 18th with which it provides the Gear VR, a 6 game bundle and a full year of Netflix for free to customers who purchase the new flagship smartphones from it. Do bear in mind that the carrier will need about 6-8 weeks to process the rebate which will then be sent out as a prepaid MasterCard card.
