Have you ever been described before as being a cartoon? Well, if you have, then surely you would know that in this digital era, having yourself appear as a cartoon avatar is nothing new. Bitstrips Inc. has an app that will include customized avatars onto comical sketches that have been specially designed to be shared on social media.
Such messages are able to convey greetings, compliments, jokes that only you and your other half understand, as well as Internet memes. Definitely the kind of stuff that social media loves, appearing on Facebook posts as well as in your instant messages. Bitstrips has not revealed the number of people who make use of Bitmojis at the moment, although you can be sure that the company has become more and more popular recently – and it does not look as though that is about to stop anytime soon. Will Snapchat integrate it into their existing ecosystem or maintain it as a separate app? Only time will be able to tell.
