The two flagship devices from Samsung, the Galaxy S7 as well as the Galaxy S7 edge, are still hot out of the oven, and it is nice to see a company like Samsung (at least in Slovakia) that they will be taking real good care of owners of the new handsets. Apparently, a press release that rolled out on the 11th of March (yes, it is the same day that the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge were launched) cited that customers from Slovakia who experience any technical difficulties or failures with their new devices are able to call a special support hotline.
After calling this special support hotline (which will hopefully, have far less pre-recorded voice options to go through than a regular hotline), one can then schedule a pickup for their device. After your device is picked up, you will be given a Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge to use as you wait for your handset to be looked into and fingers crossed, repaired.
The other alternative would be to drop by a Samsung center and replace the device in just an hour, now how about that when it comes to efficiency and peace of mind? First time owners will no doubt be pleased with such an offering. [Press Release]
