Wearable technology has certainly improved by leaps and bounds, and one thing about such devices is the fact that software and firmware updates can be introduced for them – which means that one will be able to enjoy a longer lasting piece of hardware than in the years past. Samsung’s Gear S2 smartwatch did pick up a brand new software update, and one would not have to wait too long to download it since the new software update would weigh in at a mere 20.39MB, and one can pick it up from the Samsung Gear app.
Unfortunately for us, the South Korean conglomerate did not offer any kind of changelog, so we have no idea what has been added, improved or fixed, as the kind of details listed were more or less similar to what was mentioned a week before. We would go out on a limb here and say that it is because that selected bugs were fixed and squashed, and no new features were introduced.
Taking into consideration the software update before this weighed in at 80MB plus, there would probably have not that many changes made, but if you like to have things updated to the latest version at all times, why not give it a go as well?
