What is it with April 6th that has gotten the folks over at Huawei and Meizu so excited about? We do know that the Huawei P9 has already been slated for a release then, and it does look as though Meizu too, has picked on the same date in order to make the unveiling of its upcoming Meizu m3 note.
Need to say, the Meizu m3 note will take over from where the Meizu m2 note left off, and to pick a similar date does make for a strange move, don’t you think so? Could it be because Meizu would like to see who will win a perceived popularity contest?
The hardware specifications as well as pricing for the Meizu m3 note have leaked out not too long ago, and it does seem as though this particular device will be able to deliver in the mid-range scheme of things, sporting a 5.5” touchscreen display with Full HD resolution, 2GB of RAM, a MediaTek Helio P10 chipset with a 2GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU and the Mali-T860MP2 GPU. As for the battery, expect a 3,200 mAh battery to juice it.
One can choose from 16GB and 32GB internal memory models, with the former retailing for slightly north of $120 while the latter will go for approximately $155 thereabouts, based on existing exchange rates.
