Earlier we reported that Best Buy is expected to begin taking pre-orders for the LG G5 come 18th of March. However in terms of carrier availability, not much is known, at least until recently where it was reported that US Cellular will begin selling the handset on the 1st of April, leading us to believe that availability on other carriers shouldn’t be too far behind.
Now thanks to a photo and information posted onto Reddit, it seems that possible pre-order dates for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon have been leaked. If the information is accurate, AT&T and Sprint are expected to begin accepting pre-orders for the LG G5 on the 18th of March, which is today. Verizon is expected to open up pre-orders later on the 24th of March, but regardless of carrier, the handset’s release is set for the 1st of April.
Oddly enough missing from the list is T-Mobile, but we wouldn’t be surprised if the carrier also started to accept pre-orders in the coming weeks as well. It has already been confirmed that all the major carriers will offer the phone, so don’t worry about any of the big four carriers missing out on the phone.
This information has yet to verified or officially announced, so the best thing to do would be to take it with a grain of salt. However if the 18th of March rumors are true, we suppose we should be able to expect some kind of announcement later today.
