While card games allow players to create decks that are up to their imagination, eventually there will come a point in time where players will figure out several deck configurations that work, or at least feature some pretty killer combos that make them particularly effective. This can be said for Magic: the Gathering, and it can also be said for Hearthstone.Now for gamers who are a little lost on what kind of deck they should build, Blizzard has announced that they are planning on introducing Deck Recipe to the game. The idea behind these recipes is to allow newbies to start playing the game with effective decks, as opposed to being overwhelmed with all the different cards, choices, and possible combinations that are available to them.
According to the description on the Hearthstone website, “Deck Recipes are a new feature coming to Hearthstone to help budding deck-builders get a head-start on quickly crafting a solid deck to play in the Tavern. They’re great for both new players who haven’t built many decks, and experienced players who don’t want to create a deck entirely from scratch.”
Deck Recipes have also been broken down further into classic and themed recipes, in which the latter will focus more on synergies and combinations from card mechanics, while classic recipes are more traditional and straightforward in their style and execution.
